December 15- Beta Requests Open
writers must request a beta review AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to final submission if they want one.
beta reading is not required but encouraged
January 2-January 9: Final Submissions
Everything (both art and fic) Must be finished by this point
January 23 and beyond: Posting
Teams should make sure during the time between final submissions and posting that they have each others’ socials
You may post wherever you see fit

ARTIST GUIDELINES
At least one (1) piece of art that is lined with colors, simple shading and a simple background.No use of AI is allowed for any aspect of the piece.WRITER GUIDELINES
Minimum word count is 5k. There is no maximum word count, but your fic must be complete when it’s time to begin posting.Must be a new and original story, no plagiarism or AI allowedSequels or continuations to pre-existing works are not allowedDead Dove content is permitted, but MUST be kept in the specific channels and tags are REQUIREDPOSTING GUIDELINES
All fics should be posted to the ao3 collection for the Age of Mythology Bang.Multi-chaptered fics are permitted and may be posted one chapter at a time. The requirements are that the fic as a whole is complete, and that 5k of it and the section that you artist’s piece is from must be posted before the end of the scheduled time period. You may continue posting it after the official posting period ends.
OTHER GENERAL GUIDELINES
Since there may be some research occurring, please do not plagiarize other works. That means do not copy and paste the work of someone else. You do not have to do any citations. You are allowed to reference holy texts, or ancient texts (ie: bible verses)The Gods will not judge anyone for what they do outside of this project so we ask that all contributors do the same. If anyone has any issues with a particular contributor, please refrain from being public about it. Discuss with the Gods and we’ll be more than happy to assist.Be gentle and kind about other cultures. This is why we ask that you do some research for your creation. We are celebrating all world cultures both ancient and modern. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. There will be private options for any and all discussions concerning this.
